Being field tested from sea level to 12,000 feet and put through stringent dyno testing, the JD jet kit provides an accurate way to tune your carburetor. This kit uses multi-tapered needles designed for Keihin and Mikuni carburetors that are more highly developed and fine tuned than stock parts. It is JD's prescription for the head pipe blues.

The unbreakable, adjustable ASV F3 lever is an excellent upgrade from your stock lever. Unbreakable design. Adjustable reach with four inches of range. Micro-adjustable reach with 180 increments. Material: 6061 aluminum alloy. Process: Forged. Steel, sealed bearings on pivot. Chrome silicon high-tension spring. Stainless steel fasteners. Completely rebuildable. Three-year guarantee. Pro Perch includes: CNC adjust-on-the-fly cable adjuster. Double bearings between the perch and lever. Nylon "Rotator" sleeve between the perch and handlebar to allow vertical movement to further reduce the chances of breaking a lever. Built-on dust covers.

Titanium construction (inlet cap, endcap, piping). Available in Titanium or Carbon Fiber can. 1-piece lightweight titanium endcap. 2-stage baffle. New redesigned shape allows for more packing material creating lower dbs. Tapered front cap allows muffler mass to be moved forward for more center of mass. High strength muffler brackets.

"I love these new SG12s! I had the SG 10 for over two years and was happy with them. The SG12 has a better fit especially at the top of the boot. They need little to no break -in and offer great protection."

Any object that contacts a painted surface could cause damage. Ensure that all surfaces are clean before mounting.
