Guarantee: Clarke Fuel Tanks carry a 30 day guarantee against defects and a 1 year against breakage. Some restrictions apply. NOTE: 2003-2004 WR250 / 450 must use YZF radiator shrouds. 1998 - 1999 WR400F, 2000 - 2002 WR426F, and 2001 WR250F models require the use of YZF seat for proper fit.
"Bought this for my 2002 crf450r and I'm glad I did. The extra 1.2 gal makes rides much more enjoyable because I don't have to worry about running out (unlike my friends with stock tanks) Fits well, does widen the bike quite a bit, so I did have to get used to it in tight cornering, but still well worth it."
Ultra-strong yet lightweight aircraft aluminum Protects vital engine parts from rocks and debris Smooth underside won't snag when crossing logs Custom fit provides maximum protection with minimum bulk Oil drain hole on all required models Clear anodized for corrosion protection and good looks All mounting hardware included Made in the USA
"This thing is tough. The coverage is great haven't had any problems so far. Installation was fairly easy, just make sure its lined up properly. Already got my money's worth when a huge rock was kicked up and slammed into the guard, no damage whatsoever!"
Works on all gas engines (including newer fuel-injected four cycle engines). Tracks total hours on motor, non-resettable. Measures tach up to 20,000 RPM in real time. Measure and records maximum RPM, resettable. Spinning-arrow activity icon. Adjustable settings for Fast / Slow updates, Hi / Low spark sensitivity (for electrical noise suppression). 99,999 hour digital display. Peel-n-stick or bolt-on.
"I'm happy with what I got out of this. The hour meter definitely helps me keep up with maintenance. The Tach is pretty cool too, my only complaint is that the delay on the tach can make it difficult to set the idle/adjust the fuel screw.
As far as durability goes, it hasn't fallen off or broken yet, but it only has 5 hours on the bike, so we'll see."
