AC Racing produced their subframe to offer a quality replacement part that is easy on the wallet. AC Racing realizes riding your motorcycle hard can come with consequences which resulted in making a subframe that is structurally made entirely out of 100% aluminum with 6061 billet and CNC bent mounting points and lugs. AC Racing puts every subframe through a heat treating process that results in an extremely tough product. To prevent rusting and provide durability AC Racing uses stainless steel thread inserts. The AC Racing subframe is built with tight tolerances to provide an exact OEM match and ensure an exact fit every time. AC racing uses square or round tubing to match OEM build dimensions.

"mine fit perfect but it bent after 3 races and the top bolt thread stripped out and silencer hole had to be re taped... but hard to beat the price!"

The CV4 Radiator Hose Kit is a two-in-one package that brings style and performance. CV4 constructed the radiator hose kit with polyester reinforced silicone that provides better flow and durability then OEM radiator hoses. The quality of materials CV4 uses allows the inner diameter of the hoses to be much smoother then OEM which increases radiator fluid flow. By increasing the flow through the hoses the engine temperature will drop, therefore increasing horsepower. The CV4 radiator hose kit will resist deterioration caused by UV and ozone toxins and will last much longer then OEM hoses. The CV4 radiator hose kit includes all the radiator hoses.

"i blew a small hole in my hose enough to have to stop the race installed these hoses on my 08 kx250f and they work great with my high flow water pump must have for smaller tracks where you don't get a great amount of air flow"

The FMF Powercore 4 is a muffler that will boost power and torque throughout the power range, making the Powercore 4 usable for all types of riding. FMF designed a Hi-Flo end cap and core for the Powercore 4 to increase power by creating a free flowing end cap and a core that allows room for exhaust pulse. This results in a consistent power curve. The FMF Powercore 4 uses and advanced cross-weave packing that is more durable then the traditional packing. The cross-weave packing also keeps the Powercore 4 at a reasonable sound level by dissipating the exhaust sound. FMF constructed the Powercore 4 muffler using aluminum to keep the weight down with a stainless steel head pipe and components for extended durability.
does this system come with pipe or header or is it just the silencer?

do these come with bolts to run through the top fork clamp?

Sure it fits 2009 CRF 450X? I had tryed 2007 CRF450R and doesnt fit.

if you order the right one for your year it will fit your bike inless there is major damage to your bike lik e stock piping being bent or frame or sub frame being bent

Is this clamp for teh 1-1/8 bar?
i belive this is for 7/8ths bars
