Power-Up jet kit makes jetting your carb simple. FMF teamed up with Dynojet to produce a kit that offers a selection of jets and/or needles to get maximum horsepower out of ATV fitted with an FMF exhaust. Easy to use instructions have diagrams and step-by-step procedures to help you get your jetting where it needs to be, no matter the elevation. No more driving back and forth to the dealer with a handful of jets and needles with a million questions running around in your head on where to start.

easy power
July 11, 2012
"installed the jet kit after installing a fmf powercore full exhaust system and K&N filter. it really helped with low and top end power while increasing throttle response and acceleration. directions were fairly easy to understand. they should add more tuning tips in instructions because it is very vague on what to do after installed. with these additions my crf 250 rips!"

KN XStream Series Motocross Air Filters take performance to the next level with the addition of a filter within the filters top in order to add even more filtration area for high air-flow and capacity. Each filter piece has pleated media which creates a large surface area that provides high airflow and great dirt holding capacity for extreme conditions. The two-piece design eases installation and removal on modern narrow-framed MX bikes. The epoxy-coated aluminum wire mesh, incorporated into a backfire screen, protects the filter element from harmful debris. A custom base seal ensures a precise and secure fit. KN air filters are washable and re-usable and they come pre-oiled and ready to use. Ideal for extended use in dirty and dusty off-road riding and provide clean carburetion even at high altitude. Pleated cotton filter allows for 2 to 3 times the filtration area of a foam filter, increasing filtration and air flow. Easy installation, changing and cleaning. Filter Specifications: Product style: Unique air filters. Filter material: Cotton gauze. Flanges: None. Height: 4.5 inches (114 mm). Weight: 1.5 pounds (0.7 kg).

big power!
July 11, 2012
"i bought the powercore 4 slip-on and purchase the powerbomb header separately, which made a full system. I purchased the K&N filter to compensate for the added exhaust, so i then had to re-jet and went with a FMF (DJ) jet kit. the K&N filter added incredible amounts of air flow and was easy to install, it lasts longer between cleans, and is very mess free when washing and oiling. with the combo of these three items my bike rips!"

The redesigned PowerBomb is a four-stroke header that incorporates FMFs patented PowerBomb module at a precise location in the initial stage of the header. By positioning this "Bomb" at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. The result is a flow increase of nearly 10%! The outer chamber in the PowerBomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity. Additionally, the PowerBomb is a "pre-muffler" of sorts which helps to lower the bikes sound output by providing more sound absorbing surface area for the sound medium (exhaust gases). Tuned for bottom to mid performance. PowerBomb headers are the front runner in performance headers. Designed for full service access to oil filter. Detailed Specifications: Type: Header. Configuration: Single. Header construction: Stainless steel. Header type: PowerBomb. Note: For closed course competition use only. Not intended for street use.

no need for megabomb!
July 11, 2012
"i decided to go with the powercore 4 slip-on and purchase the powerbomb header separately, which made a full system, and was much cheaper than buying a full system. my 07 crf250r had huge gains righ out of the box with this exhaust, sounded and looked much better also. throw on a K&N filter and a FMF (DJ) jet kit and your bike will roar! the powerbomb gave much added power, and i dont think you'll get much more out of the megabomb, and the extra cost isn't worth it."
