 2009 FOX V3 HELMET - SX
2009 FOX V3 HELMET - SX
There is a reason why most of the worlds top riders sport the Fox V3 helmet, superiority in every category. Do not be offended if you get stared at when you have the Fox V3 helmet on, cause everyone will want to stare at the sick graphics the Fox designers came up with on this years V3 helmet. The crazy trend setting graphics on the V3 helmet are wrapped over a shell that is nothing short of state-of-the-art. The V3 blends the use of carbon fiber Kevlar® and fiberglass that produces a lightweight design. Fox engineered the V3 helmet with an EPS liner that improves ventilation and also beefs up safety to exceed the DOT and Snell 2005 standards. The ventilation channels that run through the EPS liner meet up with intake vents on the forehead. The advantage with the Fox V3 helmet is the ability to control the air flow with a vent closure on the upper forehead vents. Additional vents can be found in the chin bar while the exhaust vents out back allow for mass amounts of air and moisture to escape. Although the liner of the V3 helmet will surely move moisture away from your head, there comes a time when a washing is called for and Fox incorporated a removable and washable liner to keep you clean. The Fox V3 helmet makes sure you can see your competition with a super wide eye port. Picking up a little roost in the mouth piece happens when you make your way to the front. Fox provides a removable mouth piece for easy cleaning on the V3 helmet. Fox includes a premium lined helmet bag and an extra matching visor with the V3 helmet just in case.

Not so sure

"Was not clear on how this worked when I purchased it. After receiving it, do not plan to install it. May work functionally, I am just not wild about drilling a hole in the brake pedal and am not sold on the value the cable provides. Not disappointed, just not impressed; would need to be impressed to use it."
