Bad Design, Mounting system sucks
November 23, 2011
"First off, the bolt holes did not line up. I had to beat the skid into place with a hammer then use a screw driver to line up the holes, bending and tweaking the skid plate. Once I got one bolt in on the brake side, i attempted to get the sprocket side bolts in, they barely squeeze in when you put on the large washer like they tell you too. Next, once the bolts went in, i realized you need the STOCK back nuts that hold the bolts in. Well this is a problem if youre switching from another aftermarket skid that has its own bracket with nuts welded on there. I acquired the factory nuts and after hours of trying to hold the nut still with an open end wrench, because the chain and sprocket are in the way and you can even get a finger in to hold it still, i couldnt get the bolt to thread on. The design absoulety sucks. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SKID. ITS A PIECE OF JUNK. There are other skids for less money that bolt on within minutes."

 Modquad Air Flow System
Modquad Air Flow System
Allow your ATV to take a deep breath and boost power with the Modquad Air Flow System. The Modquad Air Flow System modifies your ATV's intake system by eliminating the foam filter and its restrictive shape. Modquad engineered a mounting sleeve out of billet aluminum that makes it possible to install the inhale friendly K&N air filter. The use of the K&N air filter allows more air to be sucked into the intake system with outstanding filtration. Modquad steps up the protection with the inclusion of an Outerwear air filter precharger, so you can run your ATV in the sand without worrying about sucking up damaging particles. The Modquad Air Flow System includes: billet aluminum adapter plate, K&N air filter, Outerwear air filter precharger, installation instructions and hardware.

Dont waste your money
January 13, 2011
"For the amount of work it requires to put this on, just leave your filter lid off. For the airbox to come off you need to pull the muffler on a LTR. I have a yoshi full system one peice setup and its a PITA to pull off for a air filter install. I will be returning this filter kit."
