The pads stop the bike
November 8, 2012
"Well I have been putting the stock ebc pads in my kx 250 and have currently one pair in the front of my rmz 450. I previously had a galfer set of pads put i wanted to try these again and wanted to check to see if my rotor was still straight after the season of racing which it turns out to be. The biggest problem is the chunking which these pads do. I mean they work ok for the first bit but instead of wearing like a normal pad it breaks big chunks off. Not to mention that these pads fade like crazy! I have not had a set that does not fade within 4 laps on the track. I had a sales guy at the dealer recommend the mx-s pads and hopefully i can say better things about those in a few months"

"Save yourself some money and buy a wire brush. 1/5th the cost and works a lot better too."
