Invented by Michelin, Michelin Bib-Mousse has an unparalleled number of victories and championships: 26 victories in the Dakar Rally-Raid since 1983, 22 Enduro World Championship and 7 Motocross World Championships! Michelins Bib-Mousse is a foam core insert which replaces a standard rubber inner tube in off-road motorcycle tires. It is a sponge-like circle of butyl honeycomb foam whose tiny cells are charged with nitrogen. Lighter than a heavy duty tube, Michelin Bib-Mousse offers an equivalent pressure of 13 PSI (0.9 bar) and removes the inconvenience from a puncture. The smooth molded outer skin is designed to help it slip into its specified size of off-road motorcycle tire (Michelin tires ONLY). Developed by Michelin for expert racers who must finish each and every race. When you cannot tolerate a DNF, get Bib-Mousse! Bib-Mousse replaces conventional tubes. Made from a multi-cellular butyl material providing a pressure equivalent of approximately 13 PSI (0.9 bar). Specifically designed for off-road competition use, at speeds up to 80 MPH. Each Bib-Mousse includes a tube of Bib-Mousse fitting gel. Virtually eliminates flats. Notes: Use only with Michelin off-road tires; because Bib-Mousse is shaped for a perfect fit inside Michelin tires, use of Bib-Mousse with other brands of tires can lead to handling instability and possible destruction of Bib-Mousse. Bib-Mousse is specifically designed for off-road competition use for speeds UP TO 80 MPH (130 km/h). Above this speed, heat build-up can lead to rapid destruction of the Bib-Mousse, resulting in serious injury to the rider. Under no circumstances should Bib-Mousse be fitted to motorcycles for on-road use.

Great!

"I race motocross and this is the way to go runs about 8 to 10 psi gives tire a good squat to hook up. i hate changing tubes so i tried this and will never run tubes again! alot of pro motocross riders like chard reed run this. so its great for woods or track. the harder you ride the faster it wears out and there somewhat of a pain to get in but well worth it in my opinion. i run it in a dunlop mx51 so you DONT have to get a michelin tire will work in alot of big company tires!!"

The Dunlop Geomax MX51 motorcycle tire is new for 2009 and is an improved version of the immensely popular D756. Dunlop MX51 motorcycle tires feature a new profile design with more tread volume in the shoulders for excellent cornering grip and more open center-tread for straight-line traction. The updated recessed biting edge built into the shoulder knobs of the Dunlop Geomax MX51 improve cornering traction and rut performance in a wider range of terrain conditions. The tie-bar design connects and reinforces the tread blocks of the Dunlop MX51 for greater tread stiffness resulting in improved intermediate-to-hard terrain performance. Note: the Dunlop Geomax MX51 tire is sold individually.

"This tire is amazing i race motocross and it hooks up like no other i used to run michelin starcross and this blows that out of the water. michelin spins alot not good hook up but these hardly spin what so ever. i mostly ride on loose topsoil and hard packed red clay what my track is mostly of and hooks up no problem on both! by far the best tire ive used and will continue to use the dunlop mx51!!"
