In 1991, Pro Taper introduced the 1-1/8-inch Taperwall handlebar and the industry hasnt been the same since. The Corona, CA based company expanded its product line to include clutches, sprockets and grips, among others, but Pro Taper never turned its back on what landed them in the motocross world. "These bars bend next to never. The bar mounts themselves bend before the bars do. Also the rubber bushings in the upper triple clamp, found in most big bikes, also go bad and can cause your bar to look bent. I thought my gold contour bars were shot after 3 years of racing and many hard wrecks. i replaced the over sized bar mount bolts and the rubber bushings and the bars were back to perfectly straight. try that with a set of Renthals... HA"

EBC is a company that does not replicate a clutch kit, they make it better and that is exactly what they have done with the DRC Dirt Racer Clutch Kit. The EBC Clutch Kit fiber plates have been impregnated with aluminum particles that reduces swelling, provides heat resistance and makes for a longer lasting clutch kit. The fiber plates in the EBC Dirt Racer clutch kit have modified flanges that reduce "dogging" from the clutch basket. To further improve clutch kit performance, EBC stiffened the clutch springs by 15%. Stiffer clutch kit springs ensure better contact between the clutch plates to reduce wear. The EBC DRC Dirt Racer Clutch Kit was designed as a direct OEM replacement.

"Put it in my 07kx450f after i toasted the stock clutch at the dunes. took more time to soak plates then to install everything. clutch was easy to tune in. First moto i rode with it after it got hot it had to be readjusted but after that i ran another 2 motos with no problems. pulls hard."

Do these bars come with the cross-piece and "proTaper" pad?

comes with a pro taper pad but there is no cross piece. these bars are way strong and don't need a cross piece like 9/10 Renthal bars use

i have a 07 400ex and i was wondering if the bars are the standard size so they will fit the stock clamps.. and im about 5"6 what should the bend be
bend is about whats comfortable for you. and the bars wont fit stock clamps

Would this oil be ok to use in ur race bike in the pacific northwest in the middle of the summer or would that be to hot

they don't make oil weather friendly.. i run it all year
