As an industry leader, JD Jet Kits are a sure way to fine tune the performance of your motorcycle or ATV carburetor. Being field tested from sea level to 12,000 feet and put through stringent dyno testing, the JD jet kit provides an accurate way to tune your carburetor. This kit uses multi-tapered needles designed for Keihin and Mikuni carburetors that are more highly developed and fine tuned than stock parts. It is JD's prescription for the head pipe blues.

JD Jetting all the way!!! Cali. Bog gone
October 11, 2012
"Thought I'd try and save some money, so I went to the local dealer and bought jets. Learned the hard way! James knows what he's doing and dedicates time to the customer. E-mailed him twice and received responses within 12 hours. The directions are clear and concise...do exactly what they say. Even has pictures and directions for the new style needle that comes on the 2012's. Had questions about the pilot(slow) jet size recommendation;kit recommends 42, which is stock for 2012 CRF250X, I questioned this because the bike has a wicked low end bog, and was mistaken. The proof is in the tapered needle, clip position and airbox mods he recommends. When I put everything back together and ran the bike it was like someone added a turbo to the thing. Rips! Pulls the front wheel off the ground through 2nd and 3rd gear. You won't be disappointed...well worth the money. California BOG solved."

A cheaper alternative to replacing bent radiators. Designed to absorb the impact of a crash. Simple bolt-on, with no modifications needed. Lightweight, rigid aluminum design. Sold as an assembly with all needed parts. Note: Will not fit with aftermarket oversized tanks.

Works Connection...works

"Bolted right up. Have taken several bad crashes without radiator damage. Must have for the2012 Honda CRF250X."

The unbreakable, adjustable ASV F3 lever is an excellent upgrade from your stock clutch lever. It bolts directly into your motorcycle's stock master cylinder and is made from forged 6061 aluminum. Unbreakable design. Adjustable reach with four inches of range. Micro-adjustable reach with 180 increments. Material: 6061 aluminum alloy. Process: Forged. Steel, sealed bearings on pivot. Chrome silicon high-tension spring. Stainless steel fasteners. Completely rebuildable. Three-year guarantee. Note: Lever ONLY, for use with Magura Hydraulic clutch. Will NOT fit the newer Magura 167 model.

F3 KTM clutch lever...AWESOME
October 11, 2012
"Easy install and quality product. I have not crashed with these yet but have seen buddies endure horrific tumbles. I think you can bend these but they're hard to break. Props to Motosport...I ordered a pair for my 2012 Honda CRF250X and 2012 KTM 250SX and mixed up the part numbers, ordering a RED clutch lever for the KTM instead of the Honda. Whoever puts the order together saw that I miss matched the levers and sent the correct ones. Only suggestion to Motosport.com is to sell them in PAIRS. This would cut down on confusion when ordering. Love Motosport.com. Would recommend highly. Bolted right up to the KTM...no problems."

Absolute Must!
By LoneStar250X from Fort Worth, TX
I was skeptical on this as you can get the exact same jets for just a few bucks right??? Not the needle jet! JD has done his homework and the OEM needles have a different engineering to them as JD's needle's have the perfect taper to give you a much cleaner fuel to air ratio which results in smoother, more consistent power.
The installation is straightforward but a tad harder than the nail-head style jets that come OEM. Again - an absolute must for the CRF's and the instructions were pretty spot on.

Holy Smokes! Awesome Product
Posted September 8, 2012
Just installed on my 2012 CRF250X. The bike was brand new and had that horrible bog.I tried buying Honda jets and doing it myself, but it cost me an extra tear down. After installing his kit, it feels like another motor was added. My bike RIPS now. Pulls the front tire off the ground in second gear and continues through to 5th gear. Advice is...when you receive the directions follow them to a tee. I questioned the pilot size since it was the same as my stock size. MISTAKE. This guy knows what he's talking about. Awesome thing is, I emailed and he answered twice within 24 hours. HIGHLY recommend this product. It's a must for the CRF250X. Final settings, 42 pilot(stock), 160 main, 55 leak(stock for 2012), red needle with clip in 5th position from top. Airbox cut to spec, snorkel removed, and air filter screen removed. Stock exhaust.
