Good Value Jacket
August 24, 2011
"I got this jacket in a the white/black version (not pictured). It looks good! Fits great (true to size chart) and is easy to pick out in a crowd. The shoulder, elbow, and back padding seems to be good quality. I might eventually replace the back padding with a better pad.
I love the zip out liner. There are enough pockets to hold the essentials. (one interior, one small pocket I hold my key in when not riding, and two "normal" pockets that I keep my cellphone and wallet in)
After riding with it for a season, my only complaints are: it is not waterproof/resistant at all and it has gotten dirty. (I supposed that is what I get for wearing a white jacket though!) On wet days, I arrive at my destination rather damp and whatever is in my pockets is wet.
Overall this jacket is great and I have already recommended it to friends who love it too!"

Practical Riding Boots
August 24, 2011
"After a almost a season of riding with them, these boots are still holding up great.
My only complaints are that on warm (I live in Alaska and it only gets up to about 70) days, my feet get very hot. Especially if I get off the bike and walk around at all. Also, when it is raining, the moisture tends to seep in through the vents. This leads me to think the vents are more or less useless on them. Had I known this I might have gotten the waterproof version.
They run large. I ordered a size down and they fit pretty well. I probably would have at least tried going down another size if they had my size in stock at the time I purchased them.
They break in fast and seem to offer good support and protection for a low cut boot. I personally think they look pretty good. They are a clean and simple style.
Overall, I am pleased with my purchase."

Good Looking Helmet
August 24, 2011
"I just got my Scorpion Engine helmet and have ridden with it for a few weeks now. It fits around my head great; the sizing chart seems accurate. There are a few things that I am not 100% thrilled about. The padding feels weird around me ears sometimes (but not all of the time) and the cheek pads are very very snug. (I have a narrowish face) However, it is still quite comfortable.
The design on it is awesome! I love the motorcycle parts in the background. Really a sharp helmet! I bought it on sale, but would probably be wiling to pay full price for it."

Great Gloves
August 24, 2011
"I got these as my wet/colder weather riding gloves. I have been using Shift Fury gloves for my warmer weather riding. These gloves are significantly more bulky than my other gloves. However, I still feel like I have a good grip on all of the controls. My hands tend to get cold easily, but they do a great job of keeping my hands warm in 40-50 degree weather. I have not used them in wet weather or in anything colder yet.
They look great and appear to be well made and durable. However, only time will tell.
Overall, I am thrilled with my choice and am recommending these to all my friends looking for a reasonably priced, cold/wet weather glove."
