"this kit is great i have it on my 07kx250f it gives you tons of power. you may need to do a few other things so the bike runs right though, i had to jet mine, a bigger bowl on the carb, loudmouth intake and some fine adjustments to keep up with it. drd exhaust helped too. but once you iron out any kinks it is unreal, my friend as a 490 kit in his rmz450 and i stick with him on starts. it also runs really hot i had to get a boyesen high flow water pump to keep it cooler. best if you dont let it idle or get too hot if you stall it it will be a rough time kicking it over again."

DR. D welds the stainless steel mid pipe to the aluminum muffler to eliminate weak points and excessive weight in the exhaust system that spring connections can cause. To create a solid mounting point DR. D uses a CNC billet hanger on the extruded aluminum muffler sleeve. The magnesium end cap on the DR. D complete exhaust system is easily removable to access the spark arrestor screen. With the spark arrestor installed the exhaust system meets USFS approval. Repacking the DR. D aluminum muffler is simple with the removable bolts on the lower end of the sleeve. The DR. "When going for new rims you cannot go wrong with excel. they are fantastic quality and look amazing. only thing i am disappointed with is the gold excel writing came right off the front wheel the first time i washed them so that is upsetting to pay good money to have the name come right off"
"pretty decent sprocket for the price. I only have a few hours on it though and it is pretty worn already. definitely going for a steel tooth sprocket next though they are way worth the extra few bucks they will last a heck of a lot longer than aluminum and the weight difference is unnoticeable."
